Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Getting in touch with a query relating to Pharmacy Declares
  • Joining our membership database via Pharmacy Declares contact form on our website, Twitter account or email address.

We also receive personal information indirectly from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Providing your personal details via Pharmacy Declares Telegram groups, conference events, surveys and petitions.
  • We use third party platforms to handle our donations. All payments are handled by our payment platform Paypal who conforms in all respects to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Click here to view their privacy statement. 

We use the information that you have given us in order to send you meeting invites and any relevant newsletters.

Pharmacy Declares never sells your data to any other organisation. We also never share your data with any other organisation. Everyone who has access to Pharmacy Declares membership database understands data protection and what they need to do to keep your data secure.

We keep your personal data indefinitely until you have emailed Pharmacy Declares to stop receiving communications. We will then dispose your information by emailing you to confirm this.
